Fall Arrest Inspection

Height Safety and Access Systems legally require an annual inspection by trained and competent persons at a maximum of 12 month intervals. At Harcon Services we can take the headache out of your Access Maintenance and provide a full test and certification. Harcon Testing Division are Specialists in Testing and Inspection of Height Safety and Access Equipment, Lightning Protection and also Gutter and Roof Maintenance.

More and more this inspection is either being ignored or carried out by insurance companies and lifting companies, the majority of whom have not received the specialist training required to be considered competent in the eyes of the law. Should an accident occur and your certification is shown to be having been provided by non-competent personnel then the liability is shifted onto your company and away from the lifeline installer or manufacturer. If your certification cannot be backed up by proof of competency then you should consider an alternative supplier. With over 20 years of experience in the installation and inspection of safety systems Harcon Services are trained and certified, and are also considered competent through experience as defined in EN regulations. (see our legislation section).

By working with us you will be assured the best service in the industry, and only require a single visit to cover the majority of service and maintenance requirements on your roof, reducing the access traffic and therefore reducing your overall annual site risk.
